Store owner replied: The files have been sent to your email. If the buyer sometimes does not receive the files to their email, there may be server failures. Write to me by email and I will definitely send the purchased files.
Wish I was able to fully download svg. I wanted to use the file to make a large poster print for my son’s room and an svg would have allowed it but it wouldn’t allow me to download. I reached out because I was trying to do it on my computer and it said I couldn’t do it on another machine, but I never heard back. Customer service seems to be lacking as well as the product itself. Major bummer

Store owner replied: The file has been resent to your email. It's not our fault that you can't set up Design Space correctly on your mobile phone. This is an issue with the Design Space app itself. Try working with the file on your laptop, as it was created there.
